999m's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their 999m account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
999m does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect Platform availability. 999m will endeavour to communicate planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

As a condition of holding an active 999m account, you acknowledge and agree that:
Self-exclusion from 999m is available for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. A self-exclusion request submitted through your Account Settings will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent to the excluded account and access to the Platform will be restricted.
999m reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or where account closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
Upon account closure by 999m for cause (i.e., as a result of a Terms breach), any bonus funds, free spins balances, or winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money funds that are not subject to active investigation may be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 999m support via live chat. Accounts with an active balance will be subject to a final verification process before funds are released.

Disputes regarding individual game rounds must be raised within 72 hours of the game round in question. 999m will not be able to investigate disputes regarding game outcomes submitted outside this window.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999m holds its gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits 999m's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent misuse of the Platform, or address fraudulent activity.
999m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect user rights, financial conditions, or game access — 999m will provide notice to active account holders via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
